1-minute check

Are you already in perimenopause?

The first symptoms often begin years before your last period, on average some 4 to 8 years earlier!

Hot flushes and night sweats are the best-known symptoms, but there are also symptoms you might not link to perimenopause straight away.

  1. Lately, do you feel like you're not quite yourself anymore?

  2. Are you more easily irritable, low, anxious or emotional than you're used to?

  3. Do you find it a bit harder to concentrate, are you forgetful, or do you sometimes struggle to find the right word?

  4. Are you suddenly putting on weight, especially around your belly, are you more often tired, or do your muscles or joints bother you more?

  5. Do you regularly wake up during the night?
